Shipping Policy:
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Shipping
We offer domestic shipping throughout the United Kingdom.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide.
- Estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days
- Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note:
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand).
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund Policy:
At Leather Right, each leather garment is carefully handmade to order. Because every piece is created specifically for you, our returns policy reflects the bespoke nature of our products while remaining fair and transparent in line with UK consumer law.
1. Custom & Made-to-Measure Items (Non-Returnable)
All made-to-measure, personalised, or customised leather garments are created specifically to your measurements, colour choices, and design preferences.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-measure goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right.
Therefore, once production has begun, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty.
This includes:
- Custom sizing or altered measurements
- Personalised design features
- Special colour requests
- Modified styles or bespoke detailing
We kindly ask that you double-check all measurements and order details before confirming your purchase.
2. Standard (Non-Custom) Items
Our products under accessories fall in this category, these are ready-to-wear items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item under UK distance selling regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our leather garments.
If your item arrives:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Not as described
- Incorrect due to our error
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@leatherright.co.uk including:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs
- A description of the issue
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item is faulty.
If a fault is confirmed, we will:
- Offer a repair,
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund where appropriate.
We will cover reasonable return postage costs for confirmed faults.
4. Fit & Measurement Responsibility
As our garments are made based on the measurements provided, we cannot accept returns if the fit issue results from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
If you are unsure about sizing, we are always happy to guide you before you place your order.
5. Natural Characteristics of Leather
Leather is a natural material. Slight variations in:
- Grain
- Texture
- Colour tone
- Markings
are normal and part of the material’s unique character. These are not considered defects.
6. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your custom order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
After production begins, cancellation is not possible due to the bespoke nature of the garment.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
