Q: What is your dispatch time ?

Ans: We usually dispatch in 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer to dispatch.

Q: What is your delivery time ?

Ans: We ship our items worldwide using the express shipping method . The day we dispatch your parcel should be delivered within 4-6 working days.

Q: What if my item is lost or damage ?

Ans: All our items are insured against any loss or damage and required a signature on delivery.

Q: What if I am not happy with my purchase for any reason can I return it ?

Ans: Yes you have 14 days from the delivery date to return but must contact us within 7 days of delivery, the buyer must pay the return postage. The item must be in its original packaging unworn and undamaged. Before you start a return you need to contact us by email at mfehsan2@gmail.com to tell us the reason of the return once your return is approved then we will provide you with the return address and any other details.

Q: Do you accept custom orders ?

Ans: Yes we do accept custom orders but please note custom orders are non returnable.

Q: What sort of leather do you use?

Ans: In all our item descriptions we have mentioned the leather used in a particular item. We only use the finest quality cowhide and sheep leather only.

Q: How to clean the leather items ?

Ans: We recommend dry cleaning only.

Q: What are your shipping costs ?

Ans: We ship free to the UK and worldwide. If any time we change this it would reflect on the particular product you are buying at the checkout.

Q: Do You offer next day delivery ?

Ans: No, all our items are made to order and require at least 6-7 working days for delivery.

Q: What courier you use for delivery ?

Ans: We only use reliable couriers like DHL Express and FedEx.

Q: What waist size to order ?

Ans: We need you to measure your waist accurately with the tape measure and order your actual waist size, not your jeans size.

Q: Why do I need to order my actual waist but not my denim jeans size ?

Ans: As denim jeans can stretch and leather do not so it's important to have your actual waist rather then jeans size.

Q: Where do I measure my waist ?

Ans: Please measure your waist at the position where you normally wear your jeans/trousers and that's usually below the navel. 

Q: What chest size to order  ?

Ans: Please measure your bare chest accurately with the tape measure and order your actual chest size.

Q: Do you add any loosing in the garment chest ?

Ans: Yes depends on what you have ordered but usually for the jacket and vests we leave three to four inch loosing for comfort and fit. As you will be wearing your jacket on top of some sort of clothing.

Q: Will I be given tracking details of my parcel ?

Ans: Yes once dispatched you will be given tracking information. 

Q: How can I track my parcel ?

Ans: On the home page's footer menu there's link to track your order. You would need to enter the tracking number sent to you via email to track your parcel.
