Excellent jacket, poor packaging

The jacket was everything it claimed to be, and it arrived on time. It is good value, it is a good fit, and I was happy with the quality of the leather (‘genuine’ grade), the finish and the tailoring. The only reservation I had was about the packaging - the jacket arrived very creased and crumpled from poor packaging and it took a couple of hours to smooth it out. Important tip - don’t guess, look up how to do it!
